I’ve created an account but it keeps saying ‘Incorrect Password’?

Please double check if it is asking your your accounts password, or the CONTENT password to access the platform. You will find the content password in the introduction document given to you by Craig Murphy. 

This is a known bug at the moment.

It is our intention to remove these down the line, however the platform is currently in BETA, as such these blank pages are simply the way the platform works in it’s current phase.

Fear not! No progress has been lost, no information has been removed, it’s simply the forms way of progressing through to the next part of the form.

This is very much the same answer as the last question – it’s simply the way the form currently works to move through to the next section.

This is a known bug and it is our intention for this to be fixed in later phases of the platform.

During the Beta test phase the document will not be sent direct to you but will be sent to HornerSalus for review and proofing to ensure the approach has met the required standards and the output its relative (based on your selected approach and added content). The document will then be shared back with you in a copyright protected pdf format for use.

This will be completed within 2 working days.
