Section 1 – Company/organisational details

This document has been produced to assist you in the compilation of all the required elements and potential questions you need answered to stage an event and meet current H&S guidelines when producing event and site specific documentation demonstrating the controls in place for the delivery of the event both in build/de-rig and live periods. All aspects of the event should be detailed by the project manager as early as possible to ensure all controls and questions are suitable for the potential hire. Section 1 is in relation to the venue and the services provided and agreements in place. Section 2 relates to the event itself, your proposed use and to the external or third party suppliers required for the event overlay.
